1. What is the most essential difference between healthy e-cigarette and ordinary cigarette?

2. What Certificate we have?
CE.RoHS, FCC.etc, if you need it, please contact our salesman (who you talked with). we only supply it to our customers.
3. How’s Kanytech replacement service?
We could give you replacement in the next order if quality problems arise, except human factors. Please provide the proof of the broken parts. But we are not in charge of the goods damaged by customs or goods hold always by customs.
4. Whether or not all the products execute FOB price? Does kanytech accept payment on delivery?
All the products execute FOB price. No, we only accept payment 100% before we ship .
5. What is the Minimum Order Quantity? (MOQ)
(1) For General Order(do not have OEM request), Mechanical mod 5pcs, Rebuildable atomizer 10pcs, Battery 50 pcs, E-cigarette kits 20 pcs, Cartridge/ cartomizer 100pcs.
(2) For OEM Order. Logo on battery or atomizer, MOQ is 200 sets.
Logo on packing box or customized packing box, MOQ is 500 sets.
6. Does Kanytech offer OEM Service? Can Kanytech mark CE on the batteries or atomizers ?
No problem, we can offer OEM Service, can mark CE on the batteries or atomizers. Many wholesaler & importers choose our company to cooperate.
7. Is the OEM service free?
Yes, we offer free OEM Service, But there is MOQ for the e-cigarette OEM service;

Logo on packing box or customized packing box, MOQ: 500 Sets

8. What’s the Process of OEM service?
(1) Please provide your design drawing(PDF) and AI file of your LOGO to us, and tell us where you want the logo display to;
(2) Our designer will provide you the pictures renderings according to your design to check;
(3) We will make silk-screen printing as the picture show on the e-cigarette;
(4) We finish the order and ship to you, then you can see your own e-cigarette.
9. Does the price includes the customs duty?
No, we can not control your customs, you need to pay duty by yourself in your country.
